See the red pigment from the original construction 250 years ago. See the pit saw marks in the boards. Most surprising see the two small bullet embedded in the wood. Wonder when that happened?

It’s already too late to see the bare wood in person—the first coat of a dark blue-gray primer has already been applied. Grateful for this news coverage and the many photographs taken at this stage!
