  1. To REGISTER: You must register to attend BEFORE Tuesday, the day of the meeting. Only those registered will be allowed to attend the meeting. Please complete all required fields including your first and last name, and email address. Then, click Register. You will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. You will also receive reminder messages with the connection information one day and one hour before the meeting. Instructions on how to connect using your computer (Windows or Mac)/tablet/cell phone are below. Click link above to start registration. 

  1. To JOIN: You can join the meeting any time after 6:00pm ET by clicking the link in the confirmation email. There is a limit of 250 people for this meeting. This notice is being sent to WCGS members before notifying the general public of the registration link.

You can join us via GoToWebinar beginning at 6:00pm ET on the day of the meeting. We will be available to assist you with any problems you might have at that time. Please connect to the meeting early to allow time to resolve any connection issues. The meeting organizer, Laurel Sanders, will be available until 6:20pm to assist if you are having issues. You may reach her between 6:00 and 6:20 via phone or txt at 336.676.2124. We will not be able to assist you with connection problems after 6:20pm as we will be preparing to start the meeting promptly at 6:30. 

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of GoToWebinar’s “Get Ready” page at prior to the meeting. This will allow you to download any required software and provide you with an opportunity to make sure your speakers/headphones are working properly. You will not need a webcam. 

Note that you have two audio options:

  1. Use your computer audio if your device has speakers or headphones.
  2. You can use the telephone option using one of the telephone numbers provided in the confirmation emails. It is important that you mute your phone during the meeting as background sounds will interfere with the presentation.
